Team Math Tuition was founded with the following mission:

"To enable each student to reach their potential in mathematics."

​

   As a teacher, 90% of my class time is spent supporting students in their conceptual understanding of mathematics, and their ability to communicate this understanding using mathematical procedures (procedural fluency). In my role as a teacher, I've felt underwhelmed at the math resources that are available to students who are moving either slower, or faster than the pace of the class. This was the motive behind creating Team Math Tuition.

"Our prosperity, whether it be individual, or collectively as a society, is largely determined by our level of numeracy. We're all on the same math team."

      Team Math Tuition aims to facilitate the journey of mathematical improvement for everyone, regardless of current mathematical understanding, confidence, or financial means.​ Our current offerings (free and paid) are presented below, with many more ideas in the works moving forward.
